Our involvement with Shetland Sheepdogs began in Victoria during the 1980's. In this time we campaigned many Shelties from Australia and New Zealand to their Australian Championship Titles.

In recent years we have had the pleasure of loving and campaigning some  of our own Tullagale Shelties, which proudly includes Multi BIS Aust Ch Tullagale Shakn NotStird and Aust Ch Tullagale Sooty Wiskers, who can be found on the Past Shetland Sheepdog Gallery below.

Unfortunately we have no Shelties at this present time, but we still maintain a keen interest in this gentle breed.

Please see Gallery below for some of our past Shetland Sheepdog Champions.

Aust & NZ Ch Nigma Au Revoir

Veda was one of our first Shelties and the first we campaigned to the title of Australian Champion. We believe Veda to also be the first dual Australian and New Zealand Champion bred by the famous Nigma Kennels. Many thanks must go to his breeder Barbara Philips, Nigma Kennels, Victoria.

Aust Ch Shamana Sharee Miss

Sharee, although a reluctant showgirl, was the first lady of Loringale and Tullagale, and our foundation bitch. She will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Sharee was bred by M & L Berrill, Shamana Kennels, Victoria.

Aust Ch Tullagale Sooty Wiskers

Sooty was our first (and long-awaited) homebred Australian Champion Shetland Sheepdog bred under our Tullagale prefix. We are very proud of what this little tricolour lady achieved with relatively limited showing, which included Multiple All Breeds In Group wins, and Multiple Specialty and Semi-Specialty Reserve Challenge, Class, Property and In Show awards.

Aust Ch Tullagale Shakn NotStird

James' achievements include 4th Place in the Intermediate Dog Class at the 8th Shetland Sheepdog National 2006, 2005 NSW Show Dog Of The Year Semi Finalist, and a Multiple All Breeds Best In Show winner, as well as accumulating Multiple Specialty and Semi-Specialty In Show awards. We are very proud of him and all that he has managed to achieve.

We are also pleased to say that James is Hip-Scored at 0:0 and has a Clear Eye Certificate. James is now owned and loved by Karrin Lapworth, Rawuch Shetland Sheepdogs, Queensland.
