“Coop”

Sire: NZ CH WAVENEY KOZMIC ECLIPSE (AI)Dam: AUST CH TULLAVIEW THIS MUCH IS TRUE (AI)Born: 9 September 2020We welcomed the spunky Coop to the show team towards the end of 2020, and love him for his gorgeous looks and cheeky antics! He only had a short puppy class campaign between COVID lockdowns, but managed to win himself Multiple Class In Group and Multiple Specialty Class awards. At Easter 2022 he wowed us by taking out Dog Challenge, Runner Up Best In Show and Best Intermediate In Show at the BCCNSW Specialty! Big thanks to Ambre Smith at Noblestarzz Border Collies in WA for having Coop for a show holiday mid-2022! Together they quickly finished his Australian Championship Title with Multiple In Group awards. Having more time out of the ring to mature and share the limelight with his stablemates since his return to Sydney, Coop impresses again being awarded highly by a breeder judge with BEST IN SHOW at the BCCV September Specialty 2023 just two weeks after his 3rd birthday!

Critique from the BCCNSW Specialty 2022 judge Dr A Smith (Noblestarzz BCs) reads: “18 month old black and white male with dark oval eyes, with semi erect ears. Prominent prosternum, with correct front angulation, moderate length of neck, with a level topline and flowing sloping croup. Long length of tail set on low. Correct double coat. Balanced reach and drive on the move. Had the movement and the drive to go all day long, winning Challenge Dog, RUNNER UP BEST IN SHOW & Intermediate in Show.”
Critique from the BCCNSW Specialty 2023 judge Mr A Price reads: “Excellent breed type, graceful type of dog, head type good, with a flat skull. Would prefer a little more breadth of skull and strength in the under jaw and just a little bit more stop. Neck lays well into topline. Forequarters are well angled. Bone is good, oval feet. Well angled in the rear. Tail placement is correct and carried well, moves with a lot of intent.”
