Although initially intended only to stay with us for a weekend or two to ‘show her the ropes,’ she very quickly became a regular and important part of our family! During her show career she lived with us at home, and kept us very much entertained with her games and most loving personality, only returning to the Rustufarion HQ to attend to maternal duties and to relax during her retirement. She definitely proves that good things do come in smaller packages!  Stella is now retired from the show ring.

  • Australian Championship Title gained at 13 months of age. Grand Championship Title gained at 5 years, despite having extended breaks out of the ring to have babies. Supreme Championship Title gained with Best In Show
  • Numerous Royal wins in large breed entries, including; Best of Breed (Sydney Royal 2014); Runner Up to Best of Breed (Sydney Royal 2009, 2015 & 2016); Bitch Challenge (Canberra Royal 2015); Reserve Bitch Challenge (Canberra Royal 2012; Melbourne Royal 2015)
  • Achieved her Herding Instinct Certificate in 2009
  • Invitee to the Dogs NSW Show Dog of the Year competition for 2012 and 2014

Stella’s bubbly personality made her many friends across Sydney. Testament to her easy-going nature and love of life is the long list of Junior Handlers who she has excitedly accompanied in the ring, at all levels of competition including Royals and State Finals. She is proudly owned and co-handled by Royson Valore of Rustufarion Pulis.
